| Veneered chipboard Chipboard is made from wood particles. This kind of board fulfils the requirements of Class EI according to the norm UNE EN 312. Natural or reconstituted veneers are both suitable to veneer chipboard because of its even distribution and the thin sanded nature of its surface which gives a uniform finish.
It is often used for interior applications in dry conditions, such as offices, lounges, doors, cupboards, panels, screens, partitions, kitchen furniture.

| Veneered MDF Veneered M.D.F (Medium Density Fibre) is made from fibres of wood joined together by an adhesive (resins of urea - formaldehyde) by application of pressure and temperature. This type of board fulfils the requirements of class E1 as per norm EN 622-I. It can be used in a similar way as timber but it is cheaper and more flexible. It can also be milled and carved, even on the edges, as MDF has a high level of mechanical resistance, facilitating its use in mouldings, doors frames, furniture and so on. *The range of veneers suitable for veneered MDF is located in the NATURAL AND RECONSTITUTED VENEERS section.
